Formerly ANTHR 204. A descriptive account of the American Indians, confined to the Indians north of Mexico from prehistoric to the reservation period. There is a concentration on the Indians of the Northwest and the Plains Indians, with an emphasis on their social, political and material culture. ANTH 221 — Stone Age Survival (5 cr)
Formerly ANTHR 221. A general introduction to primitive technology. The student is given a chance to replicate tools.
